Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancel or modification (such as an address correction or item change). After this window, the order enters processing and can no longer be altered.

Shipping Protection

If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout, your package will be eligible for a free reshipment in the event it is confirmed lost in transit. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery window.

Lost / Missing Packages

My Dr Melaxin is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check all shipping details before finalizing your order. If a shipping error is made on our part, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no cost.

Customs & Duties

Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may incur such fees upon arrival. We do not issue refunds for packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Shipping Estimates:

  • USA, UK, Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Australia: 8–12 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping delays, or international regulations. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

All timeframes exclude weekends, holidays, and any customs delays.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to begin updating. Occasionally, tracking updates may be delayed or incomplete — this is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

Tracking Status: “No Information” or “Failure”

If your tracking status shows “No Information Available” after 5 business days, please contact us at 
If your tracking shows “Failure”, this is a known bug with the Shop app — your order is not affected.
