Return & Refund Policy

At My Melaxin, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Important Return Conditions

Please contact us first before returning any item.

To request a return, email us at contact@mydrmelaxin.store and include:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

  • Photos and/or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered

Returns are only accepted if we determine that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
If no defect, damage, or delivery error is found, the return will not be accepted.


General Requirements for a Valid Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in perfect, resellable condition

  • It must be returned in its original sealed packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must not be sent directly to the manufacturer

  • All returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team (returns sent without prior approval will be refused)


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic or skincare products

  • Items with broken hygiene seals or tampered packaging

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Important: Refunds are only issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team.


Exchanges

Products can only be exchanged if they are received damaged or defective, and this has been confirmed by us.
Please contact us with supporting photos or videos before sending anything back.


Return Shipping

Always contact us first to obtain the correct return address.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Shipping costs when a customer buys are refunded.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • International return costs may be high and are non-refundable
